You must be a current patient of JDC Pediatrics to use this feature, and it is only for scheduling the following types of appointments :

  • Express Care
  • Well visit
  • Form completion
  • Flu vaccine (in season)

Not sure if you need an appointment for your child's symptoms? Our Symptom Checker may help guide you.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany all children of all ages to their visits, for all types of appointments.
  • If someone other than a parent will need to accompany your child to the appointment (such as a stepparent or grandparent), please update your Consent to Treat form before the appointment. This form can be completed and submitted on our website under Office Info > New Patient Forms > Consent to Treat.
  • All online-scheduled appointments are carefully reviewed, and you will be contacted if rescheduling is necessary. You will not receive a confirmation response. However, for well visits only, a reminder will be sent a few days prior to your appointment.
  • Arriving for an appointment indicates your consent for the recommended services. Additional consent is required for procedures that involve potential risks. Insurance coverage may vary, and any costs not covered by insurance will be your responsibility.
  • Please be aware that appointments scheduled on federal holidays, after hours, and on weekends will incur an additional fee for services.

For Well Visits:

  • It is essential that your child has reached the appropriate age for the scheduled well visit (for instance, 6 years old for the 6-year well visit).
  • You may schedule two siblings with the same doctor in consecutive 20-minute slots. Please, no more than two!

For Express Care Appointments:

  • Weekday appointments can be scheduled at either of our locations. Weekend appointments are available at our Enola location only.
  • If you cannot find a suitable appointment, please call our office - sometimes there are more options available via phone.
